The call
The homeowner had an older roof with multiple leaks. Rather than keep patching it, the whole roof was replaced.
What we did
- Complete tear-off down to the decking, with the decking checked and repaired where needed.
- New underlayment and drip edge, then architectural shingles across the whole roof.
- New pipe boots and vents, new ridge cap, and a full clean-up.
- A single-story house like this one is a one-day job for our crew.
