The call
This Chapin homeowner is putting up a metal building to store a boat and needed the slab for it: 30 by 40 feet.
What we did
- Poured a 30 by 40 foot slab — 1,200 square feet — as the floor of the new metal building.
- Burnout finish: the surface is power-troweled pass after pass until it is dense, hard and smooth, the standard finish for a shop or storage floor.
- Done right, start to finish.
