The call
The homeowner had renovated a metal-sided guest house in Lugoff and needed a proper landing at the front door plus a ramp into the roll-up storage door, instead of stepping down into dirt.
What we did
- Formed and poured an entry pad at the front door, sized for the step-out and finished smooth.
- A sloped concrete ramp into the storage bay so equipment can roll straight in.
- Both tied to the building's slab edge and pitched to shed water away from the door and the roll-up.
- One of our Kershaw County jobs, by arrangement.
