The call
The existing driveway had cracked and heaved badly enough to be a tripping hazard, and it had to be replaced. The homeowner came to us through our friends at HopeStar Roofing in Charleston.
What we did
- Broke out and hauled off the old driveway.
- Regraded and compacted the base — the part that decides whether the new one cracks the same way.
- New reinforced driveway with control joints and a clean curved edge at the lawn.
- A Charleston job by referral; we travel for the right work.
