The call
The homeowner had just moved down from Ohio into this Gadsden home and wanted the skirting upgraded from what came with the house to real brick.
What we did
- Poured a footing and laid brick skirting around the full perimeter, including the porch and the gable ends.
- Vents built into the brick so the crawl space still breathes.
- Mortar and brick chosen to read as part of the house, not an add-on.
- Brick skirting also keeps animals and weather out in a way vinyl never does.
